Dr. Bryan D. Wright

Veterinarian

Dr. Wright is the practice owner of Green Briar Animal Hospital. He grew up in Moore, OK, and then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK, for his undergraduate education. Dr. Wright was accepted to the veterinary program at Oklahoma State University in 1993 and graduated with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1997. He began practicing in Purcell, OK, starting the Walnut Creek Animal Hospital and Pet Resort.

Dr. Wright loves the variety of medicine he is able to perform as a veterinarian, as well as the challenges they bring. Veterinary medicine is a career that allows him to be a surgeon, a dentist, a reproduction specialist, a general practitioner, and an internist ﹣ to name a few.

He enjoys orthopedic surgery the most, as he is driven to fix things that are broken. Dr. Wright’s goal is to utilize his God-given abilities to help people and their pets.

In his spare time, Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his children, Carson and Logan. He loves being in the outdoors hunting, fishing, chasing tornadoes, and his newest hobby of tracking with his black and tan hound, Forrest.

Dr. Vance N. Campbell

Dr. Campbell is the head veterinarian at Green Briar Animal Hospital. Dr. Campbell grew up in South Oklahoma City, OK, and attended Oklahoma State University for both his undergraduate education and his doctorate education. Dr. Campbell was accepted in the veterinary program at OSU in 1989 and graduated with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Dr. Campbell began practicing in Oklahoma City and has practiced in Midwest City, Greenville, NC, and Norman.

Dr. Campbell believes that veterinary medicine is a calling that allows him to provide help and healing for those that can’t speak for themselves. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, whether it’s diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, or health maintenance. Dr. Campbell’s goal is to treat each pet as if they were his own, knowing that they are an important member of each family.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their two children, Taylor and Zane. He is also an avid runner, having completed many 5Ks and the Oklahoma City Memorial Half Marathon. Dr. Campbell has two dogs, Luna and Cleo.

Donna

Donna joined the staff of Green Briar Animal Hospital in December 2011. She previously worked in the printing industry for over 20 years. During a visit to Green Briar with one of her dogs, she was offered a job as a receptionist and quickly jumped at the chance. Her life-long love of animals has made this the perfect job for her. She is a huge supporter of animal rescue and has adopted seven Dachshunds over the past six years. Her passion is to give them the wonderful life they never had and truly believes that all animals deserve the same. She lives in Newcastle, OK, with her husband Marvin and takes every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors together with their dogs.

Daisy

Daisy became a part of Green Briar Animal Hospital in November 2018. “Growing up, my parents always had pets in the house, and I would always fall in love with the big doggies.” She adopted her own dog, Koda, in 2020. Koda is her first fur baby and accompanies Daisy anywhere and everywhere that is pet-friendly. In her spare time, Daisy likes going on long walks and hikes with Koda, as well as her hobby of photography.

After serving 26 years in the Airforce, Anna retired out of Tinker Airforce Base in 2006. Because she likes to keep busy, she currently teaches at OSU-OKC and works part-time at Green Briar Animal Hospital. Anna’s passion in life is spending time with family, her husband Michael, and her two dogs. In her free time, she lives to travel.

Marcelina

Marcelina has been part of Green Briar Animal Hospital since 2006. She was born in Mexico and has been in the United States for over 19 years. In Mexico, Marcelina’s family had multiple cats, dogs, chickens, and cows, and she remembers helping feed and care for them as a child. Marcelina began her career at Green Briar by caring for an aviary that was owned by the former veterinarian, Dr. Glenn Huckabee. Within her first year, she started training as a veterinary assistant, in which she now excels. Marcelina can often be found assisting in the exam room, the treatment area, and the surgery suite. “In 2006, I had a great opportunity to begin working here. I truly enjoy taking care of our clients and patients; I consider them family.”

Veronica was raised on a farm in the country. “Growing up, my parents had all types of animals and I enjoyed taking care of each one.” She was given the opportunity to work for Green Briar Animal Hospital in 2008 and was extremely excited and happy to join the staff. After becoming part of Green Briar Animal Hospital, Veronica adopted a puppy, George, whom she loves to spend her spare time with. “Being able to work with animals makes me really enjoy my job because they are all like family to me.”

Adolpho

Veterinary Assistant

Adolfo, who goes by Dolph, became part of Green Briar Animal Hospital in 2013. Dolph was born in Mexico but was raised in Oklahoma City from age four. In 2013, he started at Green Briar by working weekends in the kennels while in high school. Once he graduated, he began working as a full-time veterinary assistant. “I enjoy working at Green Briar Animal Hospital because every pet that comes in gets treated as family by our staff. I don’t have any pets myself but consider our clinic dogs, Momma and Ace, and our clinic cat, Frank, as my pets since I have been taking care of them for several years.” In Dolph’s free time, he likes to watch movies and go for runs when we can.
